Tiger Woods was not always known as Tiger Woods. The name given at his birth was Eldrick Tony Woods and it was after a friend of his father died he was given the name ‘Tiger’. Tiger Woods was born on the 30th of December 1975 which makes him about 46 years of age. He was born to Earl and Kultida Woods and has about 3 half-siblings which were a result of his father previous marriage.

For his elementary education, Tiger Woods graduated from Western High School where he completed his primary and secondary education. For his tertiary education he was admitted to Stanford University where he was a beneficiary of a scholarship which he earned from his tender golfing career.

After passing his teenage years to the age of 20, he became a professional golfer and signed deals big sporting brands.
